Hi everyone!!! This is an art supplies giveaway for me reaching an amount of followers I said I’d do a giveaway at!

Here are the things you’ll be getting, as you can see from the photo!

6” by 10” Sketchbook for both wet and dry media

A bottle of ink, you pick the color, I’ll order it from a specific site

A fountain pen that comes with the ink from the same site

11 colors of Cotman Winsor & Newton watercolors

3 brushes

A drawing of a subject of your choice to go on the first page! You might want to check my art out if you’re unfamiliar with me to see what types of things I usually do

And that’s that. I don’t use any of those watercolor tubes anymore, as I’ve replaced them each with higher quality tubes, so I thought: why not give them away? And I like the fountain pen I’ve been using so much that I think I’d like someone else to try it, too. I’ve also replaced the three brushes I’ve included here, so I don’t need those, either. And a drawing for good measure.

Here are the rules! Please follow these:

No giveaway blogs. I want more people to actually see this and have a chance at getting something; a lot of artists don’t have a lot of money…

I know a thing that stops a lot of people is being scared they’ll mess up and waste expensive supplies… but if this is a gift, that shouldn’t matter!

Back in the year 2000, an incredible meteorite weighing 2,211 pounds was discovered near Fukang, a city located in the northwestern region of Xinjiang, China. Named the Funkang meteorite, it was identified as a pallasite, a type of stony–iron meteorite. With 4.5 billion years in the making, its golden olivine mixed with silvery nickel-iron to create a stunningly beautiful mosaic effect.

Pallasites are extremely rare even among meteorites (only about 1% of all meteorites are this type) and Fukang has been hailed as one of the greatest meteorite discoveries of the 21st century.

It has since been divided into slices which give the effect of stained glass when the sun shines through them. It is so valuable that even tiny chunks sell in the region for $40 to $60 a gram. An anonymous collector holds the largest portion, which weighs 925 pounds.

This is cool and all but how does the guy lift 900 pounds of space rock with one arm?

A silly little game that Jen, the Roommate friend with no Tumblr, and I released on some gaming sites as a sort of April Fools day joke. I was originally for a Halloween contest, but sadly we failed to make the deadline. It got back burnered for a while, with all intentions to finish it eventually. Since Easter landed on April Fools Day, we figured yes! This was the perfect chance

We did a lot of pointless game art for this, to try to get across that whole old school video game industry. Thus, the drastically different Japanese and American covers and that amazing magazine ad!.

It requires Windows to run, sorry.

It’s a really short little RPG game that mostly focuses on battle. All the art is custom made! And if anything, I think the characters are very endearing. :)

Hi guys. So we have this problem.

CANADA IS REALLY BIG. So us best bros haven’t seen each other in two years and that sucks! We’re hoping to be able to visit each other, and even hit up artist’s alley at a con, but it’s hard when there’s so many provinces all up and in our way. That leaves a plane trip our only option, and if you’ve ever bat half an eyelash at flights in the last couple years, shit be EXPENSIVE. A bit rough for two gals working retail jobs by day and toiling away on an illustrated fantasy story by night. Soooo, we want to do a joint push for commissions so maybe we can get a little leg up on this endeavor!

To offer some incentive for this drive, if we can make it to $100 earned, we will do a free sketch for everyone who bought a commission so far. If we manage to make it to $200 (lofty thinking yo) we will do a sketch for anyone who bought in that span of $100-$200 earnings, and so on and so forth. You can pick which one of us you’d like the sketch from if you have a preference.

PRIZE INFORMATION

Wii U: Premium Pack (Black) - The reason for me giving away such a prize is because I had won the Wii U for free at a raffle, even though I already had my own. At first I wanted to sell the whole pack, but with the release of Wind Waker HD coming to the Wii U, I would rather a legitimate and deserving Nintendo fan get the opportunity to play it instead of someone attempting to buy it off me to save a few bucks. However, I do want at least SOME money out of it, so I will be selling the NintendoLand game elsewhere. Therefore, the NintendoLand software that is included with the Premium Pack will NOT be included in this giveaway. Other than that, the console itself is brand-spanking new (unused), and is packed and ready to be given to the lucky winner.

Nintendo 3DS: The Legend of Zelda Limited Edition - People around tumblr have always been sulking about not having this limited edition Zelda 3DS. I won this $100 prepaid visa gift card at an orchestra banquet last year and I hadn’t used it, apparently. So, I decided to search for the 3DS on eBay and I was actually surprised to find one under the budget! Gave the card to my mother and she took care of the rest. It’s in pretty great condition, barely used, all the functions are fine, the screen is as sharp as a tack. However, this was just for the hand-held device, not Ocarina of Time 3DS. I can’t provide for everything! Also, it didn’t come in the original packaging, so I’ll send it bubble wrapped and safe inside a small box. Charger and stand included.
