Usually on paper, I like to play on the spot RPGs with people. They take place in a maze that is generated as I play and filled with monsters and things that are all determined in a moment.
Tonight me, Aly and Mamo played one of those games over the screen share on skype. I drew the map and everything ahead of time and covered it with a fog o’ war. Their goal was to shut off the self destruct function of their space ship that had been activated by some bug-like aliens who attacked and made their way on board. By the end of the game things always get a little crazy when they start combining items and making strange commands like turning the shop keeper into a bird.
The top picture is how they looked in their gear at the end—quite outlandish. And the two shots under are the before and after of their crazy shenanigans.
It was fun you two!! I hope you two had fun too.
If I knew how to coordinate a mass one of these I’d do something like this over livestream but hmm….
This was pure fun <3 Thank you!
